Cowlitz Game & Anglers

Most of you know we have received $100,000 from the State Recreation & Conservation Office plus over $100,000 in pledges from Citizens of Cowlitz County. We have received a 12 year lease on 80 acres of dredge spoils from the County. – We are now in the process of preparing a technical package of data to submit to the County Bldg & Planning Dept. We are teetering on the edge of submitting this data package while waiting for the last submittal from our acoustical consultants. Any day now we expect to finalizing all those nits that constitute this comprehensive package. It is estimated there will be a 4 to 6 week examination period before final approval is given to commence building the Range.

If anybody knows of a source for additional pledges please act now. Prices have soared since our estimates of building costs were made. Do not be bashful. It is beneficial to ASK for a pledge. It’s surprising how often an ASK turns into a donation.
