Cowlitz Game & Anglers

Hooray! We’ve finally put together our package for submittal to Cowlitz County Bldg & Planning. Reports are being firmed & proof read for the final day now firmly scheduled for 15 October. We have some very professional reports from civil engineers on cut & fill, storm water run-off, geological aspects of the LT-1 site, traffic studies of Toutle Park Rd & surrounding area and acoustical studies. We have consulted with fire departments, law enforcement and architects.

To accommodate all the technical experts we have modified our original site plan in a few respects including direction of fire, elevations and building designs. This has all cost a ton more cash then we had expected. Get ready for a major fund raising drive. The County shooters need a first class facility and CG&A needs to continue its reputation for providing first class projects.
