The Special Land Use Permit package was sent out for comment to 31 entities plus all neighbors within ½ mile of the Range. The cover letter from the County explained that all environmental concerns had been mitigated by CG&A technical documentation. So far 15 letters have been received back by the Cowlitz Building & Planning Dept. One of the letters showed a “concern” about river bank erosion. Based on this non-documented “concern” the entire permitting procedure has been put on hold.

CG&A now has an opportunity 15 December to explain how our $39,000 worth of engineering documentation actually mitigates the potential environmental problems of concern by the County and the neighbors. (when did you stop beating your wife?)
