It stretches across the entire creek. No fish can get through. I have emailed DOE, Fish & game, the sheriff's dept. I will send this to you. If the fish cannot get up creek to spawn, then the fish & game will be able to close fishing to all. This can be seen by the bridge that goes across the RR tracks and the creek off Westside Hwy. I was rafting the creek on Saturday and had to walk around this horrific thing. I have good pictures Need help. If you send me an email I will forward all pictures.
